It's here! After months of building, testing, and iterating, Sclera is now in open public beta. That means anyone can sign up and start animating — right in their browser, no downloads, no installs.
I honestly can't describe how exciting this moment is. What started as a personal project has turned into a real animation studio that you can open in a browser tab and just create.
What Is Sclera?
Sclera is a 2D animation tool that runs entirely in your web browser. It gives you everything you need to bring your ideas to life:
- A frame-accurate timeline with keyframe tracks and easing curves
- Vector drawing tools that feel responsive and natural
- A symbol library for creating reusable animation components
- Multi-scene projects for organizing larger animations
- One-click export to render your animation to video
Why Public Beta?
Because the best way to build the right tool is to put it in people's hands. This beta is your chance to explore Sclera, push its limits, and tell us what you think. Every piece of feedback helps shape what comes next — what features to prioritize, what to improve, what to rethink.
It's not finished. There are rough edges. But the core experience is there, and it's only going to get better from here.
Get Started
Create a free account and jump into the editor. Whether you're an experienced animator or someone who's never touched a timeline before, Sclera is built to be welcoming and easy to pick up.
We can't wait to see what you make!
